Set aside 10 minutes per day for prayer or meditation. This
quiet time creates a connection between you and your Higher Power. Make a
list of the struggles you need help and guidance with, from your Higher
Power. Then make a list of all your blessings. Make a commitment to lift
up your struggles and give thanks for your blessings to your Higher Power
on a daily basis. When distractions surface immediately refocus
your attention on your blessings.
